Nitin Desai, the art director of Jodhaa Akbar, will do the set design for Action Replay.

The jodi of Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai was first seen in Khakee. Action Replay would be their second film together.

There were reports that Vipul Shah's Action Replay is the remake of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Warner Bros had issued an advertisement in a newspaper stating that no one has the right to remake their film. But Vipul clarified that the film is based on a 1994 Gujarati play called Action Replay. Aishwarya Rai will also be seen in Rajinikanth's Robot (Endhiran).

Akshay Kumar will also be seen in Blue with Sanjay Dutt, Lara Dutta and Katrina Kaif.

Akshay Kumar's last film 8x10 Tasveer failed to hit the jackpot at the box-office.

Aishwarya Rai is currently making waves in the ongoing 62nd Cannes film festival.

Mumbai, May 21 (IANS) Bollywood star Akshay Kumar is miffed with Anil Naik, who filed a case against him and his wife Twinkle for obscene behaviour in public during the recent Lakme India Fashion Week (LIFW). The actor feels Naik tries to seek publicity by harassing celebrities like him, Milind Soman and Mamta Kulkarni, says a close friend.

"Akshay is very hurt by the whole episode specially since the man behind the campaign had earlier harassed a very dear co-star Mamta Kulkarni. This man Anil Naik had earlier filed similar obscenity complaints against Milind Soman and Madhu Spare. He apparently thrives on getting publicity from seeking out celebrities from the entertainment world and harassing them," a close friend of the actor told IANS.

During the LIFW early April, Akshay had unbuttoned his jeans, while walking the ramp, at the instance of his wife. Akshay's unbuttoning act had kicked up a storm with some private individuals lodging police complaints, accusing Akshay of immoral and indecent behaviour in public.

On Monday morning when Akshay returned from Singapore after shooting for Priyadarshan's "Dan Dana Dan", he was quickly taken to the police station, arrested and released on bail.

"When he reached Mumbai press persons called to ask if he had been captured, as though he was a dangerous fugitive. But what had he done? Opened one button of his jeans, and that too by his wife," said the friend.

After being released Akshay drove off to Karjat to join Aishwarya Rai for the shooting of Vipu Shah's "Instant Replay".

Mumbai, May 18 (IANS) Film star Akshay Kumar was arrested Monday morning by the police here in connection with obscene behaviour in public during the recent Lakme India Fashion Week (LIFW), a senior police official said.

"We arrested him under Indian Penal Code Section 294, which deals with obscenity in public. Since it is a bailable offence, he was released on bail," said Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Arvind Mahabadhi.

During the LIFW early April, Akshay had unbuttoned his jeans, while walking the ramp, at the instance of his wife Twinkle Khanna.

The LIFW had attracted other celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan and Naomi Campbell, who had walked the ramp, promoting various designers.

Akshay's unbuttoning act had kicked up a storm with some private individuals lodging police complaints, accusing Akshay of immoral and indecent behaviour in public.

ACP Mahabadhi said that now the case would be further investigated and depending on the outcome, a charge-sheet would be filed against the star.
